• Day 1 Hanoi - Arrival

  ▪️ Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is a city of lakes, shaded streets, and verdant public parks. Come to Hanoi, you will have a chance to explore the rich cultural heritage with the Old Quarter, prominent delicious Vietnamese cuisine as well as other interesting spots.

  ▪️ Upon arrival at Hanoi’s Noi Bai Airport, our Viet Prestige’s guide and driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for relaxing after a long flight.

  ▪️ Overnight in Hanoi.

  

• Day 2 Hanoi - Halong Bay

  Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner included
  

  Hanoi – Halong: 150km ~ 3h – 3h30’ drive

  ▪️ Breakfast at hotel then check out.

  ▪️ At 9am, head East for 3 hours driving to Halong Bay, the pride of the Gulf of Tonkin, a Natural World Heritage as designated by UNESCO in 1994 and 2006.

  ▪️ The road will pass by the Red River delta with green paddy fields and rural villages, where hard-work farmers are busy with their farming jobs, ploughing buffaloes or planting seedling.

  ▪️ Upon arrival in Halong, check in the overnight cruise to discover the magnificent beauty of this "Descending-dragon" bay, created by thousands odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes.

  ▪️ After a lunch on board, we can visit the Grottos, stop for swimming or kayaking, passing floating houses and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close distance.

  ▪️ Back to the cruise, enjoy cooking demonstration before having dinner. Evening attend activities on the boat or relax at your own leisure. Overnight on the cruise.

• Day 3 Halong Bay - Hanoi - Flight to Hue

  Breakfast at hotel then check out.

  ▪️ You should wake up early to enjoy the dawn on the sea in the early morning. The Vietnamese call the "East Sea" by a point-oriented name "Eastern Sea", so you may guess how miraculous seeing the sunrise over the islets of the Bay.

  ▪️ After breakfast our boat will continue to cruise in marvelous areas, where almost each islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscent like Sail Island, Fisherman's head rock, Butterfly rock or Turtle islet etc. Check out your room and have brunch on board while the cruise coming back the pier.

  ▪️ Disembark from the cruise, then you will be picked up by our driver (no guide) for the transfer to the airport to take a flight to Hue.

  ▪️ Once arrive at Phu Bai airport, you will be picked up by our driver (no guide) and then head to the hotel in the city centre to check in.

• Day 4 Hue City Tour - Transfer to Hoian

  ▪️ Today we start the city tour by visiting the Imperial Citadel, which is a walled fortress and was intended to be a copy of Chinese Emperors’ Forbidden City in Beijing, China. After access the Ngo Mon Gate, we will take in the Purple Forbidden City.

  
  

  ▪️ The Forbidden City was reserved for the Nguyen royal family from the 18th century until the mid-1900s. Unfortunately, American bombing in 1968 in response to a communist takeover of Hue flattened most of the city. As we can see, only a few buildings are survived such as the Thai Hoa Temple, Can Thanh Temple, The Mieu, and Hieu Lam Cac, but all the remains make a well worth visit.

  
  

  ▪️ In the afternoon, we continue to take one hour boat trip on the peaceful Perfume River then stop to visit Khai Dinh tombs, which is an ancient architectural works with incredibly unique architecture. Last, we visit the traditional village and see how conical hats and incense sticks are made.

  
  

  ▪️ Then, we set off on our drive along one of Vietnam's most scenic highways and yet with several stops en-route such as Hai Van Pass. Arrival in the ancient city of Hoi An, known in the past under its name "Faifo", was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999.

  ▪️ Check in at the hotel and take your own exploration of the town.

  ▪️ Overnight in Hoi An.

  

• Day 5 Hoian Walking Tour

  ▪️ We enjoy walking tour to explore the tiny town of Hoi An with a stop at a 400 year – old Japanese Bridge. This structure was first constructed in 1590s by the Japanese traders to link them with the Chinese quarters.

  ▪️ We head towards the typical Phung Hung House, a gem with a mixture of Japanese and Chinese architectural elements. And continue visiting the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall. This colorful building is one of the five well-known halls in Hoi An and dedicated to Thien Hau, the goddess of sea who protects sailors from danger. Around the town we can see a numerous art galleries and tailor shops, get some made-to-order clothes if you like.

• Day 6 Hoian - Flight to Ho Chi Minh City

  ▪️ You’re free at your leisure until are picked up by the private car (no guide) and transferred to the airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh. Arriving in Ho Chi Minh, you will be picked up by another driver (no guide) to the hotel.

  ▪️ Check in and free at your leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh. 

  

• Day 7 Cu Chi Tunnels - Ho Chi Minh City Tour

  ▪️ Breakfast at the hotel. Our car and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel around 8:30 AM. We start our tour with a visit to the Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until the end of April 1975. Close to this site are some of the best French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Saigon Post Office.

  ▪️ Afterwards we continue to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, which were an incredible underground network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. The tunnels contained hospitals, plus accommodation and schools, and were used as a military base for the Vietcong in the American war.

  ▪️ Come back to Ho Chi Minh City for overnight. 

  
  

• Day 8 Ho Chi Minh - Departure

  ▪️ Today, you are free at your leisure until being transferred by private car (no guide) to the airport to take a flight to come back to your home country. It is time to say goodbye, we thank you so much for traveling with us and wish to welcome you back in the near future.
